Venting problems

Working on this home and this is what I found in the attic for the venting, it's full to the horizontal run on the right with water. This place is 10 years old and passed inspection....go figure!!

Plumbing and electrical looks like it would stand out to an inspector. What is that an exhaust fan ? Nice junction box.

Same guy must have done the electrical and plumbing.

Do you mean the left part with the hanger is full of water?
Rain water?

Probably a home owner mod to allow the attic fan installation.

Yeah, the left side horizontal run is full of rain water up to the higher right side run. Be a good guess that it explains the gurgling sinks and baths !!
