Despite all of my careful measuring, my PVC drain pipe comes up at 3/8 inch out of wack with the shower drain. It is in concrete, with not much open space around it to change things, unless I break some concrete.
Do they make a 2 inch or 1 1/2 inch PVC offset pipe? I have seen shower drains that are offset, but their offset seems too large.
I need anything from 1/8th of an inch to 5/8ths. I have some give in the pipe, and the shower drain can vary 1/8th in its location. Its an acrylic shower pan.
Any suggestions?

I don't think they make an off set that small, as far as off sets go 3/8" isn't all that much, unfortunately 3/8" might as well be a mile when trying to match it up with a shower base. That is why most often you don't concrete all the way up to and around shower and bath drain pipes you leave a 12"x12" hole.
You could cut out the concrete around the drain and reposition the drain, or you could shim the wall behind the shower to move it across enough to fit the drain.

Ok, I shimmed the wall, it wasnt as bad as I thought. I have now given up on the idea of a perfect bathroom, which is probably a good thing.
I was thinking about shimming just the bottom of the shower wall and keeping the rest the same, but that would have made a not vertical shower wall, and since Im putting on glass doors, I figured that would get me into too much trouble later on.
Thanks much!

Glad you shimmed the whole height of the wall, you would have been in for a whole world of hurt installing the surround let alone the glass doors.
