can I run romex for 220 line in PVC conduit for about ten foot area only the rest through basement floor joists to breaker box. It will help me get the wire to where it needs to go, under the laundry room floor exposed only by a hole in foundation in basement. the laundry room is an addition someone put on the house, over a concrete slab. Water pipes and gas line run under floor on slab from basement already. I don't want to run the romex on the bare slab under the floor. Help
