at my small business, where we serve customers we have a small bathroom, toilet and sink, all new within 3 years old. When the sink is on hot, it takes about 2 seconds before it gets loud like a monster! Why? What can be done? It's been happening since Fall in Cleveland, so not so cold that it should be the outside temp, but maybe it is? What else could it be, it was all plumbed professionally, so I don't get it?

First take off the aerator off the spigot and try the faucet without it. Then the best bet would be to start with shutting off the hot water valve under the sink and then open up both the hot on the faucet, then reverse it with the cold water valve turned off and open up both the hot and cold again. Keep the aerator off while doing this.

If that doesn't work, try taking the faucet apart and see if there's any particulate in the workings.
