I don't know anything about your type of furnace so I'm just guessing:

I assume you know your blower works because you've turned it on at the furnace and not at the thermostat? with no display on the thermostat could it be that that the battery is dead in it? without the thermostat there is no demand for heat and thus the furnace does not come on.

if your thermostat is powered by the furnace, make sure the circuit is live going to it. it is very odd that both the furnace and thermo is off at the same time. since you've changed the circuit board and there si no change I'm guessing there is no power. check the circuit breakers and fuses that may be a part of the furnace.

check for any switch that might have turned off just the burner part. my furnace is fairly new so it has a switch for the fan and the furnace and I can operate one without the other.

after that...

Jon.
