Ultra SX80 A/C doesn't work

Our Ultra SX80 air conditioner has quit working. My husband says it's the blower control board is bad. Where do you find one on a Saturday in the summer in Georgia or is there some way to fix it temporarily until we can get one?

If you've managed to troubleshoot it to a bad board, then you notice that the board controls much more than just the blower. The only fix is a new board. Most of the national chain type HVAC supply houses (United Refrigeration, Johnstone Supply, R.E.Michals, Sid Harvey's) will open up after hours to sell you a part for an extra fee (about 25-50 dollars). Expect to pay about $185 for the board.

That price was an approximate wholesale price if you went to get it yourself. Expect to pay about double that if you're buying it off a guy's service truck. Business is business.
