I am planning on installing a shower room in my gym, with a tight budget. The small room has a toilet drain and a floor drain.

I the room is small about 8'x7'. I was hoping to enclose a small shower area with brick or concrete, then have some room for the customer to change. It has a concrete floor. The problem is the floor does not slope enough to the drain. Would be able to have some concrete put in more of a slope and use the floor drain? Or is this going to be much bigger or a project then I hoped for?

You could do a sloped drain (depending on what the existing slope is and which way) with a 2" overlay with proper surface prep. Kind of vague on your details. Is it on grade with slab? You should probably have an impervious covering on the shower walls to prevent mold from taking hold, and if you're on a 2nd floor you might have to consider a shower pan to keep water from going through the concrete. Of course the bigest question is - What's the building inspector going to say, if you're inspected? Check with them first if you're going to have an inspection.
