OK here is the deal. I have a 2 year old spa in my deck. Last week the GFI breaker tripped. I reset it and it came on for about 10 minutes and tripped again. Reset a number of times and it tripped right away. I replaced the GFI breaker because I was able to ge one from the local hardware store tha my friend runs. The new GFI tripped again, and again. Doing some problem solving I lowered the thermostat setting to 75 so the heater would not come on. Reset the GFI and it tripped again so I unplugged the pump from the spa control box and reset the GFI, it did not trip. So I plugged in the pump and it tripped. Repeated this and tripped every time. Could it be the pump causing the tripping GFI and what in the pump would cause this? Thanks
