I'm installing a tankless hot water system that requires either copper or high pressure flex cable within 3 feet. My local hardware store has flex cables for natural gas. As they are made from stainless steel, I wonder if I they are high pressure flex and I can use them on the hot water tank?

For anyone else interested, I called the manufacturer and you can't use gas flex cables for hot water. At least the ones that I purchased.

Tim,

Thanks for clarifying and posting that.
