Question, can I use this stuff outside? Specifically, I will have about 1 foot along outside wall to an outdoor GFCI outlet.

Thanks in advance for the help.

Can you mount the receptacle box directly over the hole and run the cable connector right into the back? Can you come out of the wall with a PVC LB fitting and a short piece of conduit to the box? if you need something flexable, you will need flexible liquidtight nonmetalic conduit. (sometimes called "seal tite") This is the same stuff that is used for air conditioner whips.

I cannot place the outlet box directly over the opening, because the opening is also where my service cable enters the house. I could probably use some conduit, but need to see if there is enough room.

Based on your answer should I assume the answer to my questuion is NO?

Correct, you cannot run MC or AC cable outside. It is not approved for wet locations.
