I'm replacing an old ceiling fan in my bedroom with a new Hunter 5 minute fan. So far, I think that 5 Hour fan would be a better name. The fan has a white wire, a black wire, and a black and white striped wire striped coming out of it. In my bedroom are 2 wall switches that control the fan. The first switch contains a single on-off light switch and a round dimmer-type switch for the fan. On the opposite wall is a single switch that turns on the fan light. Coming out of the ceiling box are the ground, white, and 2 black wires. I know what to do with the ground and white wires but the 2 black wires coming out of the ceiling have me a little confused. I'm guessing that the black wire from the fan goes with one of the two black wires from the ceiling with the black-white striped wire from the fan going with the other black wire from the ceiling, but I can't determine which black wire from the ceiling would get the striped wire from the fan, if it even matters. Can you help?
