Ademco LNXR24-EN and Monitronics

Hi All - I had Monitronics for a few years they installed the LNXR24-EN panel.. I have since dropped them wanting to go to the watchlight service from smarthome.com and save a few bucks.. well i got the info i needed from this forum to reset the installer code(thanks everyone) which went well.. However, went to setup the new number and subcriber info from watchlight and it appears the board is hard-set to the monitronics central station...

So the question..

Anyone know of a way to clear out the monitronics info ,clear out the memory on the board or swap out the right chip on the board that is read-only ?

any help would be appreciated... thx

Several companies like ADT, Brink's, etc use panels that are "hard codes" to their monitoring service. It can NOT be reset.

Your best bet is to find a monitoring company that has an interface installed in the phone line that re-directs the calls.
