switch wiring diagram needs fixing

The switch wirign diagram for power at fixture needs to be redone. It is showing the neutral as the switched wire

I have to compare this to my orginal drawing, I can't see myself making a mistake such as this. But obviously it is wrong. I had another person redraw the arrow pointers on this one to see if the new arrows where better, fine in itself but the wires where not suppose to change colors. It would seem like we have a blue and red wire here not a black and white wire. Let me know if you spot anything else. Can't do anything from work, will address it as quickly as I can.

Likely better to do as I have before, by myself.
