Baseboard 220v

Hi all, I have a 220v dryer line that I wanted to disconect the dryer to connect a 28" 500w, a 4' 1000w and a 7' 2000w baseboard heaters to for a basement. I was hoping to connect fom the panel to the 7' , then to the 4' and ending at the 28" baseboard. The wire would go about 10' to the 7' and then 8' to the 4' and lastly 11' to the 28". Is this going to be safe and functional?
