The local Home Depot isn't answering their phone. Before I make a long drive, does anybody know if there is a lower themperature limit for installing expandable foam insulation? I just found a nasty gap and the size, shape and location would make foam the easiest choice. Thanks.

Yup, usually 40 or 50 degrees or it wont cure properly. IF you dont use great stuff you can probably do a quick patch for now but it wont last. You can remove and refoam it later when it warms up. If it's a dry area, i'd just stuff it with newspaper or such for now.
