How is this for starts. This is the way we wire them on the planet K- Pac.

Looks good, but the receptacle is wired with the polarity reversed... the wide slot is the neutral.

See what you caused I had to turn the dang receptacle upside down.....:shot:

I can see the arguments coming when I get the chance to post this graphic. In commercial we always install it this way, part of the reason I made the mistake (outside of being blind) but I had to laugh just the same. I'm darn sure glad you caught that before I posted it ......:smile2:
