DSC Power 864 Problem

I installed a DSC Power 864 security system at my daughter's business. The business sublet part of the warehouse and her husband had to move the fire alarm (4 wire). I reconnected it yesterday but didn't power down the system. Prio to doing this the keypad was showing a trouble light. Now, the keypad is totally blank. Did I blow a fuse, the sytem, or is there a way I need to reset the system? Any help will be appreciated.

I am having the exact same problem. Did you ever get a resolution on how to restart the system?

Find the 120vac to 16.5vdc transformer that powers the panel and unplug it.

Now go to the panel and take off one of the battery leads.

Wait about 1 minute and plug in the transformer and then re-attach the battery lead.
