DSC PC 1555 Problem

Hi,
I had to change the master code on my security system. Now I have a new master code, but there is no alarm sound. When I set off the alarm to test it, the lights on the panel flash, but there is no alarm sound - it was fine until I switched the master code. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You must have altered something else while programming a new "master code"? Changing the master code....did you by any way do a full system reset?

The master code by itself is used for "user" changes and to set the date and time, etc.

Now the installer code.........that is used to reprogram your system. The master code and installer code should NEVER be the same 4-digit number
