Well, almost 6 weeks...and almost a sunroom

Start - garage foundation is in the foreground
6 weeks later, 6 skylights, roof membrane
Windows & slider are in & a Temp "deck" and stairs
Now to build the deck

Nice, but I think you need a few more skylights!

The original plans called for 9 skylights
The ceiling inside starts at around 9' & extends up to about 14'
This makes the room look huge
The original back wall with the door & window will be taken down
A support beam will go in & the sunroom will be open to the kitchen

This is the dormer roof, back of house that the sunroom is off of
4 skylights (3 are venting) & a suntube

A month later...
Rough electric & framing are done &inspected
Starting on insulation & finishing up a few things

Work was "interupted" to run a 60a sub-panel out to the pool cabana
I dug 20' trench betwen the garage foundation & the cabana when the garage foundation went in. Originally the sub-panel run was going to be on the inside of the garage wall & then go underground 20'
Broken rib last year & garage was delayed
So I dug a trench along the back of the foundation & ran conduit
So nice to get rid of the extension cords going to the pool cabana

Insulation should be done in the next week or so
Not sure when I will get another day off for an Inspection
But possibly they can inspect it when my MIL is here (3 days a week)
