I have a sx 80 hvac and it's not cooling. The blower fan is on, the fan in the outside condenser is on. I checked the resistor that went bad on the last circuit board that went bad, the board was replaced by a havc tech. It seemed to be cooling fine this summer so far. Would low charge have symptoms come this fast? Any help would be great.

You'll need to verify that the compressor is running. If it is but it's not cooling, chances are you have a low or complete loss of R-22. Also, check your filters. If you have a dirty filter, the coil will freeze over and you will have no cooling also.
