At times, I have to refresh my page to see new post. Wondering if it's my computer, or the self help site?

If using Microsoft IE,
click on Tools,
>internet options>General tab>Temporary Internet file section>
click Settings button.
that opens a dialog box which is probably set to automatic, try
different settings.

Ohm, mine is set to automatic and
I usually press the F5 key to refresh the page manually, I doubt
this site will "automatically" refresh the display of a single thread or post.
