We are adding on a 2nd story on to our exsisting home. Does anyone know if this plumbing design will work? Also do you see any code violations/problems?

The floor joists are 12" TJI I would like to keep the plumbing in the joists as the kitchen is below these two washrooms!

Thanks everyone for their help, this forum rocks!

Oh how would you tie in the laundry floor drain?

I'm not aware of what state you reside in but in KY where I am licensed, you cannot flat vent and not wash the main vent stack for the toilets. The branch picking up that vanity should be behind where the two toilets combine with the main vent turning up right where those two toilets come together.

Same theory on the layout of the vents for the rest of those fixtures *shower/tub/vanity/tub/shower*...

One fixture will affect the other over time because you do not have those individually vented; they are chained together and ran over to another location on a flat vent which are notorious for clogging/sealing off the vent the first few times that system clogs.
