After entering *56 the interactive menu is not showing on key pad. This system is in a residence that we are working at and the owner would like to add a wireless motion detector. Please advice.

I am unable to get past *56 I am wondering maybe the keypad went bad. Is possible.

So the keypad doesn't work at all no matter what you press?
