nails or screws

i need to install pre-hung doors and mouldings in a comercial building,but not sure if i use glue and nails or screw and nails or just nails .......please help.

You question is too generic in nature. Don't know is a solid wood door to wood framing or same door to metal studs or same door to brick or block or poured concrete. Steel door to any of the above also makes a difference. Too many variables. If your doors have installation instructions then follow the fasteners they recommend as required per code rules. If no installation instructions then you will need to provide the exact conditions of their installation then we can better help you.
