I have well water and in our area water is hard. So we have (2) water conditioner and (1) watersoftner tank installed (from Culligan) in series. These tanks are regenerate automatically with timers are installed on top the each tank. When I purchased our small business, it was already installed. Now the (2) water conditioner tank is i belive is carbon water conditioner tank and i have salt container for the softner tank. Now I also have chlorinator pump and small tank to add chlorine in my water system. I need to maintain the chlorine level in my water at all times. In last three years there was not any problem to maintain the chlorine level. but today, I have chlorine right before the two water conditioner tank but not after the water contioner and softner tank. some how all my chlorine is disappearing in these water conditioner and softner tank. when I bypass these tanks, my chlorine is good agian all the way. So the question is How my chlorine is disappearing in these tanks? How does this tank workes? If you give any guidence will help. Thanks in advance!

Carbon/charcoal removes chlorine.

The softener should be installed after the chlorinator.

Chlorine ruins resin.

The best way to understand your system is to call Gulligan out and have them explain its operation to you.

What is the reason for the chlorination system? What water quality problems are you trying to correct?
