I share a chain link fence with my neighbors that is about 6 feet high they have three dogs that drive me crazy every time out in my yard. so I want to put up a privacy fence. the issues right where the fence is there is a gas line buried. so in the past the old owners put a concrete slab and posts those have now been cut off at the concrete the slab still exist. the chain link is just to the side of the slab. wondering if I can take the chain link off of the metal post and use those for the wood privacy fence. if so what hardware to use. any suggestions would help. I do have my neighbors on board.

thanks chaz

You can get those slats that you slide into the chain links to give you privacy. You could also attach something to the posts and chain link fabric to do that too.

moth balls at the fenceline will keep em away for a while, keep em on your side though.

other than that this is a little more technical for me, I am still learning.
