Would like to install 3/4 inch thick hardwood floors, dishwasher height will prevent removal of same after this installation. Is there a modification to machine or perhaps a machine that is 3/4 inches shorter?

Why would you want to install hardwood flooring in a kitchen? It is not practical to do so. A hardwood floor needs a great degree of TLC to begin with. You might want to consider other alternatives such as laminate or ceramic tile flooring for a kitchen.

Does you counter have a lower lip on it. If it does perhaps you can trim it to gain the required height.
I would definitely run the flooring or some plywood in the dishwasher space to keep the floor at the same height. The 3/4 lip will make removing the dishwasher very difficult even if you have the required height.
