I built a subfloor over a cement slab and foolishly did not use pressure treated wood. I did, however, soak the lumber in Copper Clear and put a moisture barried down (6 ml. vinyl sheet). I canmot at this point remove it without ripping everything out. How concerned should I be about the wood rotting, mold =, etc.?

Unless there was a problem with moisture before you laid the new floor I would not be concerned.

YOu should be fine for years to come. However if moisture is a problem you may install vents between the wood floor and the concrete floor creating a cross ventilation to let air flow between the floors drying out that area is moisture becomes a concern. No moisture no mold.
Good Luck
