Have a middle of the run light controlled by 2 3way switches....One switch has black, white and red wiring at end of run...the other has 2 red and 1 white wires along with 2 unrelated switches in a 3 gang box...3 gang box has black and white wires....I wish to convert the latter 3 way switch to a live outlet (eliminating the switch) essentially turning the light to single pole controlled by the former switch...
Doable? If so, how do I do it?

doable - yes. Might not be code however since you need a light switch at each entrance to a room.

How to do it? Tell us all the wires in the fixture box and the two switch boxes.

Have a middle of the run light controlled by 2 3way switches where is this "middle of the run" light? Example: In a hall; above a stairway

If the middle of the run is on a stairway--having 6 or more ladders, then you will need to have two switches. :boxing:

The whole thing sounds sort of strange. Do you have any pictures? Very curious.
