View Full Version : Water heater for cabin

I have a small mountain cabin. One small bath and a kitchen. That's it.

Water is from a water tank and is gravity fed. Pressure is only as fast as it can travel down hill. I think I currently have a 20 or 30 gallon size water heater (I don't know for sure because there are no markings on it). It's leaking and needs to be replaced. Unit is electric.

Here are my questions:

1) Should I get a small tankless, or just replace with another tank unit?
2) If tank, what size would be good for a small place like this?
3) Any good places on line to purchase?

Thanks!
