I am building a peanut shaped pool 20x40 (3-8ft.) with a water fall in the middle and 4 deck jets. Two in each corner. Iam thing 2 skimmers and 4 returns? Also I would need an auto water leveler and suction for cleaning system. Looking for a drawing on how to plumb. There is no heater or spa.

While it wastes more material, I would try to run each skimmer, floor drain, and return as an individual run back to a central place. That way, when the pool settles or for some other reason a pipe breaks, you could just abandon that piece and not have to dig up the whole thing. I'd also consider valves on each of those pipes so they can be closed off. This may be mandatory with a cleaner in order to force enough water though the one with the vacuum head.

I would use 2" for the skimmers (perhaps even sch80, as you really don't want those to break), 1.5" or 2" to the floor drains (sch 80 there too as those are the most difficult to repair), and 1.5" for each return.

Consider using sweep elbows to reduce friction and to allow some hope of repairing a leaking pipe. If you can pull a swab or flex hose through the pipe, you have a chance of fixing it.

Carefully size your pump and filter. You can oversize somewhat on the filter (but there is a minimum GPM required to back flush it), but oversizing the pump is wasteful and can erode your pipes.
