I have a toilet that was mounted on a tile floor that was not perfectly level. The toilet rocks on the unlevel tiles causing the wax ring to eventually shift and allow water to leak out from in under the toilet at the floor. How can I fix to solidly mount toilet?

Is the tile flat or rough? Next time your replacing that wax ring, outline the toilet with a pencil before you remove it. Place a generous bead of culk just inside the outline you created. Leave a 1-2 inch gap inback of the toilet. Use a extra thick wax ring. Replace the toilet, sitting it on the culk. Softly sit on the toilet until it is sturdy and holding all of your weight (i had a friend sit on mine he weighs more) See how this works. If it happens to start leaking again you will see from the gap i suggested leaving. If this does not work you might want to think about removing and reinstalling the tile around the toilet.
