HELP!!!! I relocated my Control Key Pad after calling ADT a number of times. They didn't seemed to be interested in such a small project. So I moved it myself. It now refuses to power up. Is there something that I am missing. The installer manuel indicated to power up hold
down * & # for 50 sec. but no response. I was extremely carefull when I moved it. Did disconnecting the battery for a couple of minutes disable it permanently? The system is only 2 years old. An ADT person finally came and looked at it for about two minutes and said I he had no idea what is wrong with it and I had moved it correctly. Just buy a new system. So I was charged for a service call but no system that works. Any suggestions appreciated.
