Hi,
I have a problem with my XP or more so my IE 6
Everytime I open IE I get a whole line of % %%% && and whatever else
No mater how many times I reset my home page in the options area after I close IE (usually twice) it returns to the synatax error.
Does anyone have any suggestions ?

You're just another recent Hijack victim. Does this match your situation? Homepage Hijack Info (http://www.annoyances.org/exec/forum/winxp/1081103636)
You may need to download a cleanup program. Be careful on the internet. There's malicious hackers and script writers everywhere. You need up-to-date virus protection with java script blocking.

You can go to this web site (http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/cwschronicles.html) to find out all about the variants of this "CoolWebSearch" nuisance.
Look for the link labeled "How do I get rid of this?"
You got hijacked because of a vulnerability in MS Windows (http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/bulletin/MS03-011.mspx).
You should keep your OS up-to-date by visiting the Windows Update Site (http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/) often.
