New Bath

B Constructing a new 13x8 bath, on one 8ft wall is a corner soaker tub and Toilet, on the other 8ft wall is double sinks, problem is there is no attic and ther is over head 8inch beams except the wall where the double sinks are going.Can I vent this bathroom at the sinks. The main drain runs directly under the bath.

If each fixture is drained directly to the 3" feeder within 42" then you may use that single branch drain pipe as a drain and as a wet vent. The larger pipe will not be filled to the top allowing the suction to break in the larger 3" feeder thus not sucking the traps dry.

Kitchen sink Islands are often plumbed as a wet vent branch also.
